Listen, I have been depressed, stressed, tired of constantly working for someone else, bending over backwards to achieve goals only to be told I wasn’t quite ready for the next level.  Never encouraged, supported or motivated and losing my joy, my freedom and nearly my sanity in the process.

I’ve been constantly broke, despite a healthy salary,  frustrated, overweight, in debt and out of control of my life.

I decided to take action.  I changed, dived in with both feet  and learned from my mentors.  I haven’t stopped taking action since, and it is paying real, measurable, extremely gratifying rewards.

I have dedicated myself to ensuring that every team member of mine succeeds if they want to.

After 11 years observing and being in and around network marketing (it’s been a bit of a family business!) and working in several different industries before being able to afford to dedicate myself full time to network marketing and my business, I have learned from the magic Jack Canfield that there is a definate formula for success:

Environment + Response = Outcome

Your environment + your response to it = The Outcome of your Life.  It’s that simple.

So it’s time to take action – I believe that to achieve success you need the following:

I work hard on my self belief and I encourage others in my team to do the same.  If you don’t get the right mindset then you can’t win at anything and lack of self belief is the number one reason people quit or lose faith.  It’s a common theme but the basics are always the same
